Need to return something? 

Returning products can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something from us, and now you’ve got to send it back. But don’t panic, here at Marcus Chess Academy we will ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

Marcus Chess Academy Return Policy 

  • Something not right? No problem. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll get it straightened out.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken

Your shipping will not be refunded. You have to pay for the additional shipping to return your ordered product to us.

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

Marcus Chess Academy centre returns policy 

  • Any items purchased from a Marcus Chess Academy centre (eg. at Penang chess centre) cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please check the quality of products at our centre upon receiving the products.
